Required are 6+ years in software delivery, strong Scrum/Kanban practice, and MS/PM experience with Azure DevOps or Jira. Bachelor's preferred; SAFe/CSM certifications are a plus.

Summary

Join a technology team supporting enterprise application delivery as a Scrum Master focused on enabling high-performing, cross-functional product teams. You’ll lead Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and help stakeholders stay aligned on priorities, delivery milestones, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of overall relevant industry experience supporting software delivery teams
• Hands-on experience facilitating Agile delivery using Scrum and/or Kanban in enterprise application environments
• Strong working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and both Agile and traditional project management practices
• Experience coaching teams on self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement (retrospectives/feedback loops)
• Experience supporting multi-function teams (typically 10–15+ people) including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps boards (preferred) or Jira for backlog/work management
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with a reliable home setup
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Agile certifications are a plus (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives) and drive consistent team rhythms
• Identify and remove blockers/impediments; elevate risks and dependency issues as needed
• Maintain and optimize team boards and workflows in Azure DevOps, ensuring clean structure and usable reporting
• Partner with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations; adapt plans as priorities shift
• Coordinate across teams/functions to manage dependencies and maintain transparent communication
• Provide regular delivery updates on progress, milestones, risks, and challenges
• Support capacity and resource planning; monitor utilization and address constraints/bottlenecks
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics, root-cause analysis, and process enhancements (including automation where practical)
• Collaborate with product and documentation stakeholders to keep technical documentation current
• Produce periodic project/roadmap updates and status reporting
