Job summary

TPI Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead one or two cross-functional teams. You will champion Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, guide adoption of Agile values, and help optimize delivery through proactive risk management and stakeholder collaboration.

You will partner with Product Owners, maintain backlogs, and manage Azure DevOps release plans while driving monthly budgeting, forecasting, and status reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, frameworks, and delivery practices.
• Experience facilitating backlog refinement and Agile planning activities.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams using servant leadership techniques.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and foster effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT processes, and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar Agile management tools preferred.
• Strong organizational, budgeting, forecasting, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Adaptability, business acumen, and political awareness.
• Business Analysis experience and utility industry knowledge are preferred.

• Maintain and update Azure DevOps (ADO) release plans and Agile planning artifacts.

• Update project management plans and timesheet task assignments.
• Prepare and deliver project status updates, metrics, and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support effective communication and coordination across business and technology teams.
