Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Agile Project Manager to support cloud-related initiatives and operational work. You will coordinate sprint ceremonies, monitor progress, and document scope and requirements with cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, SDLC familiarity, and the ability to coach teams at scale. Certifications in cloud fundamentals are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Agile project management, Scrum delivery practices, or operational coordination activities.
• Experience using project management, ticketing, collaboration, or work tracking tools.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), Scrum principles, agile values, and the ability to coach teams.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Digital Leader.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Supports Agile project management activities for cloud-related initiatives and operational work by coordinating sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement sessions, operational work reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Monitors sprint and operational work progress and assist with tracking work completion, dependencies, service requests, operational priorities, and project milestones using Agile project management and ticketing tools.
• Identifies and escalates project risks, impediments, blocked work items, operational concerns, and issues that may impact project schedules, cloud services, or deliverables.
• Works with technical teams, cloud engineers, architects, operations staff, vendors, and business stakeholders to document project scope, operational requirements, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Assists with business analysis activities and prepares supporting documentation to facilitate implementation, operational readiness, and organizational change management efforts.
• Deep knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies (scrum, kanban, etc.).
• Handles communication and coordination activities among Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, and Cloud Architecture teams to support alignment of priorities, operational activities, project delivery objectives, and cloud service improvements.
