Job summary

Mbi Llc seeks a Cloud Agile Project Coordinator to support cloud initiatives by coordinating Scrum practices, tracking progress, and aligning technical teams with business stakeholders. You will facilitate sprint ceremonies, maintain documentation, monitor risks, and help ensure deliverables, timelines, and objectives are achieved across Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, and Cloud Architecture teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies for cloud initiatives.
• Monitor sprint and operational progress; escalate risks and blockers affecting schedules or deliverables.
• Collaborate with Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, and Cloud Architecture to align priorities and coordinate requests.
• Document project scope, requirements, objectives, dependencies, and deliverables across technical teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare updates and leadership materials; maintain dashboards and status reports for governance reviews.

Job description

- The purpose of this position is to support cloud technology initiatives by coordinating Agile project activities, managing Scrum practices, and supporting communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

- This position contributes to the successful delivery of cloud-related projects by tracking work progress, maintaining project documentation, supporting requirements analysis, and helping ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.

Description of Duties

- Supports Agile project management activities for cloud-related initiatives and operational work by coordinating sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement sessions, operational work reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.

- Monitors sprint and operational work progress and assist with tracking work completion, dependencies, service requests, operational priorities, and project milestones using Agile project management and ticketing tools. Identifies and escalates project risks, impediments, blocked work items, operational concerns, and issues that may impact project schedules, cloud services, or deliverables.

- This role will work with Cloud Team leadership to set priorities, and coordinate cloud operational requests, support activities, maintenance efforts, and service improvement initiatives across Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, and Cloud Architecture teams.

- Works with technical teams, cloud engineers, architects, operations staff, vendors, and business stakeholders to document project scope, operational requirements, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, and deliverables.

- Assists with business analysis activities and prepares supporting documentation to facilitate implementation, operational readiness, and organizational change management efforts.

- Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand ups, spring planning, reviews, retros).

- Maintains project documentation, status reports, sprint artifacts, risk logs, meeting notes, dashboards, operational metrics, and project tracking systems to support visibility into project and operational performance.

- Prepares project updates, summaries, presentations, and other materials for leadership, stakeholders, governance meetings, and operational reviews. Deep knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies (scrum, kanban, etc.).

- Facilitates communication and coordination activities among Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, and Cloud Architecture teams to support alignment of priorities, operational activities, project delivery objectives, and cloud service improvements.

- Assists with scheduling meetings, tracking action items, following up on deliverables, and communicating updates, priorities, operational impacts, and timeline changes to stakeholders and leadership.

- Maintains familiarity with cloud technologies, cloud operational processes, Agile methodologies, project management practices, and collaboration tools to effectively support cloud initiatives and communicate with technical stakeholders.
