Job summary

Prestige Staffing is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead multiple software development teams in a SaaS environment, coaching Agile practices and facilitating ceremonies. The role focuses on data-driven delivery and engaging with senior management to improve velocity and predictability.

The candidate will leverage Azure DevOps, uphold quality standards, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture within a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Scrum Master certification (expired accepted).
• 3+ years as Scrum Master supporting multiple teams in SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps preferred over Jira.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage senior management.
• Coaching teams on velocity and predictability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Coach multiple teams to deliver high-quality software increments
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive improvements
• Support organizational change management within ISNetworld and Empower applications
• Promote Agile practices across teams and ensure Scrum values
• Use Azure DevOps to prioritize work items, bugs, and technical debt
• Provide reports and analysis on team performance and project status
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold ISO standards
• Act as a servant-leader to improve velocity and predictability

Job Title: Scrum Master

Pay: Competitive compensation (including $15,000 bonus)

Location: Uptown (Hybrid — in-office 1-2 days per month)

Summary Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead multiple software development teams within a dynamic SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will excel in coaching teams on Agile best practices, facilitating ceremonies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior management are essential. The role involves working closely with various teams to ensure predictable delivery, enhance team performance, and improve project velocity using data-driven insights. Experience with Azure DevOps and a Scrum certification are required. This position offers significant growth potential, competitive benefits, and a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (3.0 GPA or higher) or equivalent work experience
• Scrum Master certification (expired certifications acceptable)
• 3+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master supporting multiple teams
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level SaaS software delivery
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Experience with Azure DevOps (preferred over Jira)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior management
• Ability to work assertively, handle team struggles, and maintain delivery momentum
• Capable of coaching teams on performance improvement, velocity, and predictability

Work closely with senior management to communicate project progress and impediments

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support organization’s quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001)
• Act as a servant-leader, coaching teams to improve velocity, predictability, and overall performance
