Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a Scrum Master to join our IT department and lead two enterprise development teams. This role requires strong Agile delivery experience, exceptional communication, and proactive initiative to drive delivery success.

The position is in-office twice a week (hybrid) with a pay range of $70-$75 per hour on a W2 basis. CSM certification and Rally experience are preferred, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience with proven Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Experience using Rally for Agile project management.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• CSM certification by Scrum Alliance (CSM).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support two high-profile IT project teams in Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track, monitor, and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization.
• Drive Agile best practices, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement within teams.

As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the IT department supporting multiple enterprise development teams.
