A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Agile Scrum Master
Position type: Contract
Duration: 12 to 18 Months
Location: Charlotte, NC
As an Agile Scrum Master, you will:

Must have Skills:

• 10+ Years experience as a Scrum Master to manage a team of 17+ professionals, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and accountability.
• Need someone who can provide strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Required Strong background within Financial Services, Banking, or related financial institutions.
• Required Certified Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency, team discipline, and execution excellence across the function.
• Partner with global stakeholders and collaborate closely with a peer Senior Manager based in India.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
• Manage escalations effectively and drive issue resolution with a structured approach.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Senior Manager / Service Manager leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience leading mid-to-large teams (15+ members preferred).
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, direct, and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive organizational change.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $70 to $73 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
