Job summary

Delta System and Software Inc. seeks an experienced Scrum Master with a strong Product Development background in Banking and Financial Services.

You will facilitate Agile delivery, drive sprint execution, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality banking products. Responsibilities include facilitating ceremonies, prioritizing backlogs, monitoring progress and risks, and reporting delivery status to leadership.

Qualifications

• CSM, PSM or equivalent Scrum Master certification.
• Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum frameworks.
• Experience in Product Development lifecycle.
• Banking & Financial Services domain experience.
• Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Ability to implement Agile metrics & reporting.
• Experience with risk and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs.
• Drive Agile best practices and team maturity.
• Monitor sprint progress, velocity, release planning and delivery commitments.
• Remove impediments and manage risks to delivery.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Track Agile metrics and provide status updates to leadership.
• Support product development in Banking/Financial Services contexts.

The candidate will facilitate Agile delivery, drive sprint execution, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality banking products.
