Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure delivery commitments are met. You will coach teams, coordinate with Product Owners, and help drive Agile transformation across Business, Product Owners, and Development groups.

The role emphasizes facilitation, risk management, and metrics reporting, with a strong focus on collaboration across Banking/Finance domains. This is a full-time position in a US-based office.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of Agile Metrics and Reporting, Velocity Tracking, Burndown/Burnup charts, Sprint Health Monitoring, Release Planning.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage all Scrum ceremonies to ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Guide Agile teams in adopting and following Scrum principles, practices, and values.
• Ensure sprint objectives and delivery commitments are achieved within timelines.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization, story refinement, and release planning.
• Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization.
• Mentor teams in Agile maturity and drive Agile transformation initiatives.
• Identify, track, and remove project impediments affecting team productivity.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
• Escalate critical delivery issues and provide mitigation plans to leadership.
• Track and report Agile delivery metrics.

Salary Range- $110,000-$140,000 a year
