Job summary

Talentify in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies, coach teams and stakeholders, and drive software delivery.

You will facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives, remove impediments, and track metrics to improve predictability and quality.

Ideal candidate has 9–11 years of Agile experience, strong leadership, and hands-on tool experience with Jira, Rally or Azure DevOps, plus excellent communication.

Qualifications

• We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 9-11 years of Agile delivery experience.
• This role requires strong leadership, coaching, facilitation, and impediment resolution skills.
• 9-11 years of Agile software delivery experience with significant Scrum Master experience.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams and managing competing priorities.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
