Job summary

Mphasis is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for Banking Product Development in the United States. You will facilitate Agile delivery, drive sprint execution, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to deliver banking products.

You will lead Scrum ceremonies, coordinate dependencies across teams, manage risks, monitor velocity and metrics, and ensure delivery commitments align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• CSM or PSM certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum frameworks.
• Experience in product development lifecycle.
• Banking & financial services domain experience preferred.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to track metrics and report delivery status.
• Proven ability to identify and manage risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities

Summary

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong Product Development background in the Banking and Financial Services domain. The candidate will facilitate Agile delivery, drive sprint execution, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality banking products.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
