The Doe Run Company is seeking a Scrubber Operator at the Buick Resource Recycling Facility in Boss, MO. The role focuses on maintaining baghouse and scrubber operations to maximize availability and ensure environmental compliance.

Qualifications include 3 years in manufacturing and a high school diploma or equivalent; familiarity with PLCs and large equipment is preferred. Benefits include day-one insurance, vacation, and a 5% targeted monthly bonus.

Qualificações

• 3 years progressive experience in manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiar with chemical names and properties; basic PLC operation.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor bag house ventilation and collection per specs.
• Operate PLC for bag house and scrubber via computer.
• Complete pre-shift inspections of machinery and equipment.
• Perform maintenance tasks: lubrication, bag changes, belts, bolts.
• Conduct environmental monitoring and SO2 emission control.
• Backup load and haul responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and proper material storage.
• Follow EHS policies and report incidents and unsafe acts.
• Support safe, compliant operations and continuous improvement.
