Job summary

The Doe Run Company is seeking a Refinery Operator to form and cast lead, make oxide, and move finished product to meet customer specifications at the Buick Resource Recycling Facility in Boss, Missouri. This is a rotating, full-time role with on-site responsibilities and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred) and industrial work experience; prior casting equipment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Background in industrial operations or similar work is preferred; if no diploma, at least one year of industrial work experience.

Responsibilities

• Cast lead as part of a crew by running pig machine, ton caster, and billet machine.
• Pour counterweights, skim lead products, and hook up lead pumps.
• Operate forklift, bander, small crane and other equipment to cast and move lead product.
• Operate oxide machine to create lead oxide, including weighing and changing bags.
• Perform minor maintenance on machinery and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow EHS policies to ensure safe and compliant operations and support continuous improvement.
