Requirements:

Essential Functions: The Screw Machine Operator will safely manage Screw Machines, ensuring equipment functions efficiently during machining processes. The individual will adjust settings as necessary to accommodate diverse materials and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure production maintains accuracy and performance by adjusting tools precisely and configuring machine settings such as speed and feed based on material requirements.
• Regularly inspect output using measuring tools like calipers and gauges to ensure quality. Address any defects or issues promptly to minimize waste and maintain product integrity.
• Read and thoroughly understand job orders and technical documents to ensure precise and effective task execution, including reviewing instructions and specifications and interpreting technical terminology.
