ENTRY Level Machine Operators!

NO Experience is Required! Willing to train!

Hours:

• 1st shift: Monday thru Thursday from 6am-4:30pm
• 2nd shift: Monday thru Thursday from 3:30pm-2am

Pay Range:

Starting at $15.50-16/hr for those with no or little experience. Experienced candidates who can read blueprints and use micrometers and other gauging tools may earn $17-18/hr.

Basic Function:

The overall goal is to independently operate multiple spindle screw machines to produce parts according to customer specifications, safety standards, quality, and productivity.

Essential Functions:

• Load screw machines with bar stock.
• Perform tool, holder, or attachment adjustments and changes to maintain part quality. Sharpen tools as needed.
• Ensure parts meet customer specifications by measuring per inspection plan. Enter SPC data as required and respond appropriately to out-of-control conditions.
• Report any concerns regarding part quality to QC or supervisor.
