Job description

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a Production Technician in Perrysburg Township, OH. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Technician to support manufacturing operations by building aluminum frames for sliding doors and windows. This position involves assembling screen material into frames, measuring and trimming excess material, and operating production machinery to ensure finished products meet quality standards. The Production Technician will also assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed, including material handling, packaging, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate is hardworking, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Teamwork, reliability, and the ability to maintain consistent production quality are essential. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members!

All employees are offered competitive compensation ($16/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shifts include 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 6AM – 4:30 PM, possible overtime on Friday.
