Job summary

Cardinal Staffing Services is interviewing for production packers in a climate-controlled screen print and hot stamp environment. You will hand load bottles, verify packing orders, and ensure materials are ready for the run.

Responsibilities include visually inspecting for defects, packing per order, and reporting discrepancies. The role requires standing for long periods and repetitive motions, with shifts 3p-11p or 11p-7a.

Job description

Cardinal Staffing is interviewing for PRODUCTION PACKERS who have also been involved in finished product inspection processes. As a packer you will work in a climate-controlled world-class screen print and hot stamp production environment for products used in sectors of health & beauty, food consumption.

Responsibilities of the Packer

To hand load blank plastic bottles onto conveyor. Receives packing order and determines that correct packing materials are available at packing station. Notifies material handler if additional materials are needed for the packing run. Visually inspects product for defects, setting aside defective items to one side on a skid for the rework department. Packs items in designated cartons per customer order. Reports discrepancies to supervisor

Required Qualifications of the Packer

High attention to detail and safety/compliance Ability to manage a fast pace production conveyor Standing for log periods of time Repetitive motions

Compensation for entry level packers: $15.25 with .35 increase at hire in. Hours: 2nd shift 3p-11p or 3rd shift 11p-7a
