Qualifications

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Mechanical Assembler for a manufacturer of automated pay stations, change machines, and parking/car wash technology in Holland, OH.

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be an essential part of our client's production team, ensuring that products are assembled, tested, and prepared to meet quality standards and customer specifications.

The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling medium to heavy fabricated cabinets, using hand and power tools to complete assemblies, testing and calibrating components, and following established work instructions to ensure high-quality finished products.

All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($17.00/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Available shifts include: First Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Ability to learn and retain multiple production processes.
• Ability to lift and maneuver components weighing up to 50 pounds regularly (heavier components may require team lifting or lifting equipment).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
