Galls is seeking a Screen Printing Lead to supervise a production team in the screen printing and embellishment department at our Distribution Warehouse Facility in Kentucky. You will guide daily operations, ensure safety, and coach associates to meet quality and productivity targets.

Responsibilities include screen prep, ink mixing, press setup, printing, curing, garment inspection, and maintaining equipment, while coordinating with the Production Manager to optimize workflows and meet customer

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in screen printing, garment decoration, or embellishment production; supervisory experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of screen printing processes and equipment.

Mansioni

• Lead and coach a team to achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
• Oversee screen preparation, ink mixing/color matching, press setup, printing, and curing.
• Inspect finished garments for quality, color accuracy, and placement before shipment.
• Manage print job workflows to meet delivery and service level requirements.
• Maintain equipment uptime and ensure safe operation and OSHA compliance.
