Job summary

Galls, LLC is seeking a production team member to support daily print operations including screen cleaning, reclaiming, coating, exposing, and preparation for print jobs. You will read and organize artwork for daily orders and operate heat press and vinyl cutter as part of a fast-paced environment.

Training will be provided for screen printing and heat press knowledge; a strong emphasis on detail, teamwork, and following directions is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Screen cleaning, reclaiming, coating, exposing, and preparation for daily print jobs
• Reading and organizing artwork for daily print orders
• Operate heat press and vinyl cutter; knowledge of Pantone is a plus
• Breakdown of screens on and off press
• Catching, folding, tagging, and bagging garments
• Packing and preparing orders for shipping
• Check incoming goods to orders for daily production
• Some screen printing and heat press knowledge; training provided
