Job summary

The Lawrence County Regional Chamber of Commerce - PA is seeking an experienced Head Screen Printer to lead our production team in New Castle, PA, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities include training staff, setting up jobs, ink mixing, color matching, and troubleshooting. You will maintain equipment, collaborate with management and the art department to optimize production processes and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of screen printing experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of automatic and manual printing presses.
• Experience with ink mixing, color matching, and screen setup.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train printing staff to maintain production goals and quality standards.
• Set up jobs, register artwork, mix inks, and troubleshoot printing issues.
• Ensure consistency in color matching and print quality.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with management and the art department to optimize production processes.
