L2 Brands in Hanover, PA is seeking a Screen Print Press Assistant to join our production team on a Monday–Friday schedule. You will assist the Lead Operator in running the press, prepare garments, and help ensure quality and on-time output.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions. This full-time role requires physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced print environment. We value teamwork, safety, and consistent, accurate production.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and understand written or spoken instructions.
• Ability to recognize similarities and differences between words and numbers.
• Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions of the Lead Operator and the Shift Supervisor.
• Help break down jobs.
• Ensure ink is removed from screens, squeegees, and flood bars.
• Help move ink in screens while jobs are running on the machine.
• Cleans squeegees and flood bars.
• Unloads for Operators, when appropriate.
• Understands that different styles/sizes require different placements.
• Learns to identify quality issues with both the garment and the print.
• Learns to load garments straight and in the same position onto the machine pallets, while the machine is running.
• Understands proper squeegee selection.
• Fills out Tech Sheets to record how designs are printed, when necessary.
• Changes pallet tape and pallets as necessary.
• Helps maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Demonstrates commitment to company values.
• Quality Control — Monitors own work to ensure quality. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality.
• Safety & Security — Always follows current safety and security procedures. Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines. Reports potentially unsafe conditions. Uses equipment and materials properly.
• Communicates production issues, quality concerns, or equipment needs to the supervisor promptly.
