• Load garments straight and consistently while the machine runs.
• Perform quality checks on garments and prints; identify issues.

What You Will Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the Lead Operator and the Shift Supervisor
• Helps break down jobs
• Ensures ink is removed from screens, squeegees, and flood bars
• Helps move ink in screens while jobs are running on the machine
• Cleans squeegees and flood bars
• Unloads for Operators, when appropriate
• Understands that different styles/sizes require different placements
• Learns to identify quality issues with both the garment and the print
• Learns to consistently load garments straight and in the same position onto the machine pallets, while the machine is running
• Understands proper squeegee selection
• Fills out Tech Sheets to record how designs are printed, when necessary
• Changes pallet tape and pallets as necessary
• Helps maintain a clean and organized work area
• Demonstrates commitment to company values
• Quality Control — Monitors own work to ensure quality. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality. Applies feedback to improve performance. Demonstrates a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
• Safety & Security — Always follows current safety and security procedures. Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines. Reports potentially unsafe conditions. Uses equipment and materials properly.
• Qualifications — To qualify for this position, one must have the ability to read, write, apply common sense, and comprehend simple instructions furnished in a written, oral, or diagram form. Work Environment
