• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and work with percentages.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions from Lead Operator and Shift Supervisor.
• Break down jobs and understand different placements for styles/sizes.
• Ensure ink is removed from screens, squeegees, and flood bars.
• Load garments straight and consistently while the machine runs.
• Perform quality checks on garments and prints; identify issues.
