Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a Screen Automation Producer to support the Senior Technical Producer in localizing screen imagery across languages and coordinating with Geo Content Producers, Central Automation, and Image Content teams. You will manage timelines, ensure consistency, and drive localization across multiple projects.

You will partner with various teams to plan, inform, and track localization needs, while maintaining a proactive, collaborative approach across a global studio.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of production experience at a creative agency.
• Experience in marketing content execution, localization, and partnering with remote geo teams.
• Expertise in building positive relationships with localization producers across Localization & Release Engineering, HCI, and Software Engineering.
• Experience guiding localization production across media including print, interactive, and video.
• Ability to react quickly to new information and direction and pivot strategically.
• Strong collaboration with global teams and proactive attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day screen automation process, including briefing, tracking, QA, course correction, and delivery.
• Partner with Senior Technical Producer to build product UI knowledge foundation.
• Coordinate with Image Content Producer and Content Automation teams on screen automation needs for all functional teams.
• Champion adoption of the screen automation process by understanding teams' needs and proposing solutions.
• Work with UI tech team to prioritize daily screen automation needs to meet deadlines.
• Provide guidance on imagery requests and ensure accuracy and approval routes.
• Operate in a flat hierarchy supporting Technicians, Producers, and Production teams.
• Be proactive and open to new ways of working.
