Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead Global Studio Services. You will oversee a broad portfolio from intake to delivery, shaping systems, staffing, workflows, and governance to scale quality work across teams.

The ideal candidate balances executive strategy with hands-on delivery, driving prioritization, resourcing, and strong cross-functional partnerships to deliver high‑impact creative content at scale.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in creative production, video production, integrated production, creative operations, studio management, or a related field.
Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and managing high-volume complex projects.
Experience operating in in-house studios, production companies, or agencies.
Experience managing global brands, high-visibility campaigns, executive content, or complex cross-functional programs.
Experience with production budgets, forecasting, contracts, vendors, and external partners.

Responsibilities

Own the Snap Studio service model and operating strategy across always-on services and project-based production.
Lead the full lifecycle of a high-volume, cross-functional portfolio from intake to delivery.
Establish intake, triage, and greenlight processes balancing priorities, capacity and budget.
Partner with internal customers and executives to align scope and communicate progress.
Oversee delivery of diverse productions including video, photography, design, 3D/AR content.
Provide executive leadership while remaining hands-on when needed, including briefs and shoots.
Lead a multidisciplinary production ecosystem and develop staffing and vendor strategies.
Own capacity planning and resource allocation for the portfolio across short and long term horizons.
Build scalable workflows, dashboards, and operating rituals to improve visibility and accountability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, properly scoped projects and budgets.
Lead budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and executive reporting on Snap Studio.
Drive quarterly and annual planning, risk mitigation, and roadmap for infrastructure and capabilities.
Represent Snap Studio value through internal documents, case studies, and impact reporting.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing team culture with clear communication.
