Omnicom Production is seeking a Producer to manage day-to-day studio projects, ensuring delivery on time and on budget while meeting creative expectations. The role requires cross-department collaboration and hands-on involvement through planning, production, and delivery.

You will translate world-class concepts into impactful outputs, coordinate internal and freelance resources, and maintain documentation to keep workflows efficient and aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative production or post-production.
• Fluent in generative AI and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and outputs.
• Proficiency with project management tools and studio workflows.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience partnering with internal teams and external vendors.
• Knowledge of timelines, specs, and platform best practices.
• Proven budgeting and cost control fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of content production from kickoff to final delivery.
• Build and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules with clear cross-team communication.
• Coordinate internal and freelance resources to support studio needs.
• Partner with creative, post, and client teams to align on deliverables and feedback cycles.
• Track and report progress, proactively resolving issues and blockers.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and facilitate timely approvals.
• Ensure production excellence across workstreams, formats, and outputs.
