Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe suite and content workflows.
• Proficiency with content management systems and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications and workflows for global content.
• Document strategic content plans across locales including product launches and campaigns.
• Handle production escalations and troubleshoot challenges.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to optimize workflows.
• Develop content matrices and asset briefs with regional localization in mind.
• Partner with Brand teams to understand software features across regions.
• Train new producers and ensure smooth handovers.
