Responsibilities

• Uphold high standards of food safety and quality, preventing cross-contamination.
• Prep cold and hot items following precise guidelines.
• Follow strict food safety protocols.
• Operate prep equipment like fit-wash and Robot Coupe with precision.
• Maintain clean, food-safe prep stations.
• Set up and dismantle prep areas, keeping equipment organized.
• Communicate clearly between kitchen leadership and zones to meet prep needs.
• Ensure continuous stocking of prep areas.
• Store received orders.
• Learn evolving seasonal menus and ingredients.
