Job summary

Benchmark Behavioral Health operates a scratch cafeteria and is seeking a Cook/Chef to prepare and serve nutritious meals for residents and staff.

This full-time role features four 10-hour shifts from 9:30am to 7:30pm on Sunday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with a base pay of $16.00–$20.00 per hour plus $2.00–$4.00 per hour shift differential for afternoons and weekends, making total pay $16.00–$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing appealing and healthy meals from scratch.
• Energetic, creative and driven to provide a superior food experience.
• Experience working in a cafeteria-style or similar organization is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve scratch-made meals for residents and staff.
• Cooking from scratch using fresh ingredients.
• We serve about 120 people 3 times a day / 365 days a year.
• Checking in food orders, maintaining cleanliness, monitoring temp logs, etc.
• Compliance with all regulatory and health department guidelines
