Benchmark Behavioral Health operates a residential facility for adolescent boys and is seeking a Cook/Chef (Scratch Cafeteria) for full-time shifts. You will prepare and serve scratch-made meals to residents and staff, using fresh ingredients in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience preparing appealing and healthy meals from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving scratch made meals to our residents and staff
• Cooking from scratch using fresh ingredients
• We serve about 120 (combined residents and staff) people 3 times a day / 365 days a year
• Checking in food orders, maintaining cleanliness, monitoring temp logs, etc.
• Compliance with all regulatory and health department guidelines
