Oakmont Management Group is seeking cooks for our Full Scratch Kitchen during PM shifts in California. Competitive pay of $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, resident-focused team.

We value culinary rock stars who enjoy in-person interactions with residents, have 2–5 years on a fast-paced line, and aspire to grow within a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant.
• 2–5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Strong communication with staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate high-quality dishes for residents and guests.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely service during PM shifts.
