Job summary

Execo is seeking an SMB Sales Development Representative to drive outreach and qualify small business financing opportunities in person in Scottsdale, AZ. The role engages business owners, uncovers needs, and transitions qualified leads to Funding Advisors for funding discussions.

You will train quickly on products, lender offerings, and qualification criteria, building confidence on calls and refining a repeatable sales process. Base salary plus commission drives growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months cold calling experience in the US.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and re-engage small business customers to understand financing needs.
• Manage initial outreach and discovery conversations.
• Introduce qualified customers to a Funding Advisor for the remainder of the process.
• Engage in training to understand products and qualification criteria.
• Develop confidence on the phone to guide owners through financing.
• Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handoffs and records.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities.
• Manage outreach cadence and pipeline to meet KPIs and targets.
• Aim to achieve monthly sales goals and targets.
