Job summary

NerdWallet Small Business in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Sales Manager to mentor and lead a team of 6–8 Account Executives, drive quota attainment, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute strategic sales initiatives.

You will coach in 1:1s, shadow calls, analyze pipelines, and recruit top talent while maintaining a data-driven, optimistic leadership style in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a team of at least 4 Account Executives.
• Proven success in quota-driven sales roles.
• Ability to coach Account Executives across experience levels.
• Experience in high-volume outbound transactional sales.
• Strong data interpretation and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience collaborating across departments and building relationships.
• Problem-solving mindset adaptable to change.
