Job summary

Pacific Endoscopy Center in Pearl City, HI, is seeking a Part-Time Scope Processing Technician to join our gastroenterology team. You will clean, reprocess, and prepare instruments for procedures in a busy outpatient setting.

We offer a 20–29 hour work week with Monday–Friday shifts, some evenings and potential Saturdays. Starting pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of GI/Endo procedures or sterile processing techniques preferred.
• Sterilization experience in a medical setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with endoscopy equipment is helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• GI Technician or Sterile Processing certification is a plus.

What You Will Do (Job Summary):

You will be an integral part of our gastroenterology team, responsible for cleaning, reprocessing and preparing instruments for surgical procedures.

Part-time hours require 20 - 29 hours/week.

• Monday-Friday work schedule. Some evening shifts until 7pm and some Saturday work hours may be required, depending on center needs.
• NO call required, NO Nights
• Ability to float to other centers with added compensation

The starting pay range for this position is $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of GI/Endo procedures or sterile processing techniques
• Sterilization Experience In a Medical Setting Preferred
• Knowledge of endoscopy equipment and procedures is helpful, not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certification as a GI Technician or Sterile Processing Tech is a plus.
