Job summary

Pacific Endoscopy Center in Pearl City, HI is seeking a part-time Endoscopy Technician to join our growing team. You will help clean and maintain video endoscopes and accessories in the GI Endoscopy suites under the Center Manager's guidance, following CDC infection control guidelines.

Responsibilities also include assisting physicians and staff during procedures, performing daily equipment maintenance, and supporting the center's mission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of GI/Endo procedures or sterile processing techniques.
• Prior patient care experience as GI Tech/Endo Tech/Medical Assistant/ Sterile Processing Tech.
• Familiarity with clinical or surgical settings.
• BLS certification (AHA) or ability to obtain.

What You Will Do (Job Summary):

As an Endoscopy Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining video endoscopes and accessories in the GI Endoscopy suites under the Center Manager's guidance. You must follow CDC guidelines for infection prevention and control. Additionally, you will assist physicians and staff nurses during procedures, perform daily equipment maintenance, and support the center's mission.

Part-time hours require 20 - 29 hours/week.

The starting pay range for this position is $19 - $27 per hour, depending on experience.

• Monday-Friday work schedule. Some evening shifts until 7pm and some Saturday work hours may be required, depending on center needs.


• NO call required, NO Nights


• Ability to float to other centers with added compensation

Required Skills:
