Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Design Scope Change Manager to be based in our Baltimore, MD office to support the BPTR Program and related opportunities. You will review, manage, and control the project scope baseline, ensuring alignment across design, engineering, construction, and procurement teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience, and PMI/ CCM credentials with proven scope management, change control, and project controls experience on infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8 years of related experience or equivalent.
• PMI/ CCM certification preferred.
• Experience in infrastructure design and construction programs.

Responsibilities

• Review, maintain, and control the project scope baseline, ensuring alignment with contract documents and objectives.
• Establish and maintain scope management procedures, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, construction, and procurement teams to verify scope definition and completeness.
• Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and baseline revisions through formal change control processes.
