Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Manager of Contract Administration to join our Baltimore, MD office to oversee contracts for the BPTR program and related projects. You will ensure contractual compliance, protect the Owner’s interests, and work with multi-disciplinary teams across design, construction, and program controls.

The ideal candidate holds a BS/BA with 10 years of experience (or equivalent), with CCM/PMP/PSP certifications and knowledge of CMAR, Design-Build, and P3 delivery methods.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with ten years of related experience or equivalent.
• Preferred CCM, PMP, PSP certifications.
• Knowledge of CMAR, Design-Build, and P3 delivery methods.
• Experience with contract management, technical specifications and engineering drawings.
• Experience with mediation, arbitration and dispute resolution.
• Familiarity with federal procurement regulations.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Function as the primary contract administration contact with contractors and subconsultants.
• Administer contracts in accordance with contract documents, policies, and governance requirements.
• Ensure contractor compliance with scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate contract records and logs.
• Support Claims Manager with change orders, claims, and time extensions.
• Coordinate with Program Controls and Risk Manager on cost/schedule impacts.
• Monitor contractor performance against contractual KPIs and milestones.
• Collaborate with Design Management, Construction Management, Safety and Quality teams.
• Coordinate procurement for contract modifications.
• Interface with stakeholders to gather necessary details.
