Ben & Jerry's Connecticut is seeking a Team Member (Scooper) to be the friendly face behind the counter, greeting guests and helping them choose ice cream and treats while delivering quick, accurate service in a fast-paced shop.

You will learn how a busy scoop shop runs—from cash handling and guest service to food safety and shop upkeep—while enjoying a flexible schedule and opportunities to advance to shift lead or supervisor over time.

Qualifications

• Positive, friendly attitude and enjoy working with customers.
• Reliable and punctual with dependable shift attendance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them choose ice cream and treats.
• Prepare and serve items quickly and with good presentation.
• Operate the register and handle payments accurately.
• Keep the shop clean, stocked, and organized.
