Job summary

Cyntel Technologies in Nevada is seeking a Site Security Manager to oversee SCIF construction requirements per ICD-705, develop Construction Security Plans, perform compliance inspections, and manage security documentation across project phases at Nellis Air Force Base.

The role enforces DoD/IC policies, leads security staff, conducts trainings, interfaces with government security representatives, maintains SOPs and incident records, and ensures 24/7 operations coverage in a high‑tempo,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in industrial or government security management.
Strong knowledge of NISPOM, ICD 705, and DoD security protocols.
Site Security Manager Certification.

Responsibilities

Oversee and advise on SCIF construction requirements per ICD-705, including development of CSPs, compliance inspections, and security documentation throughout project phases.
Manage and enforce site-wide security protocols in accordance with DoD, DSS, and ICD 705 standards.
Oversee access control, visitor management, and badging systems.
Conduct security briefings, debriefings, and training for cleared personnel.
Interface with government security representatives and support inspections, audits, and investigations.
Maintain and update security documentation, including SOPs, incident reports, and clearance records.
Ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoD 5200.1-R, and other applicable regulations.
Lead emergency response planning and coordinate with base security and law enforcement.
Supervise security staff and ensure coverage for 24/7 operations as needed.
