Job summary

Terrestris Global Solutions is seeking a Site Security Manager to lead security for the Naval Base San Diego renovation project. This on-site, full-time role runs Monday through Friday 0800-1600 and requires Top Secret clearance and extensive construction security experience.

You will oversee design, planning, accreditation, and enforcement of SCIF/SAPF controls, coordinating with government security officials and ensuring ICD-705 compliance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of security experience related to SCIF/SAPF construction and related operations.
• 5+ years on ICD-705 construction projects or as an SSO at project sites.
• Experience designing and overseeing security accreditation and TEMPEST considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop SCIF/SAPF security documentation and accreditation packages.
• Coordinate with Government security officials to obtain approvals and support accreditation.
• Review facility designs for ICD/ICS 705, DoD TEMPEST security requirements.
• Conduct security inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain accreditation records and final project security files.
• Advise project teams on SCIF/SAPF security strategies and regulatory compliance.
