Job summary

Advantage SCI, LLC is seeking a Special Security Representative in Rosemead, CA to support a federal agency’s SCIF operations. This full-time role requires Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with readiness for after-hours responses and occasional travel.

You will develop SOPs/EPs, perform SCIF inspections, issue courier authorizations, verify clearances, and coordinate accreditation for classified IT, while ensuring SCIF integrity and proper training compliance.

Qualifications

• SCIF SOPs/EPs development and accreditation experience.
• SCIF inspections and corrective action planning.
• Access control and visitor verification processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, and implement local SCIF SOPs/EPs, policies, and guidance for accreditation.
• Conduct SCIF inspections, corrective action planning, and on-site support.
• Process and issue Courier Orders and Aircraft Courier Authorizations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for SCIF accreditation/certification for classified IT.
• Perform IDS testing, annual self-inspections, and EP testing.
• Maintain access process and rosters for authorized SCIF users; manage visitor control.
• Verify/validate clearances, passes, and SCI accesses; handle visit authorizations.
• Investigate security incidents and unauthorised disclosures; respond to incidents.
• Ensure SCIF integrity through alarm monitoring and access-control auditing.
• Administer SCI/Derivative Classification refresher training; maintain security records.
• Serve as AISSO for designated SCIF space; support NCR industrial security SCIFs.
