Job summary

Advantage SCI, LLC is seeking a Special Security Representative to support a federal SCIF operations. This full-time role is located in Pensacola, FL, with some travel and after-hours availability.

Responsibilities include developing SCIF SOPs and EPs, conducting inspections, processing courier orders, coordinating accreditation for classified IT, and maintaining access controls. Requires TS/SCI clearance, 4+ years’ experience, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Special Security Representative.
• Experience handling customer service for a government organization or private corporation.
• College education and management experience is desired, but not required.
• Strong written and oral reporting skills and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and implement SCIF SOPs and Emergency Plans (EP) and prepare documentation for accreditation.
• Conduct SCIF inspections, corrective action planning, and on-site support.
• Process and issue Courier Orders and Aircraft Courier Authorizations.
• Coordinate SCIF accreditation/certification for classified IT.
• Maintain access control rosters and verify clearances and visits.
• Respond to security incidents and perform preliminary inquiries.
