Job summary

Advantage SCI, LLC is seeking qualified candidates for Special Security Representative roles to support federal SCIF operations. Responsibilities include SOP/EP development, accreditation, inspections, and access control coordination.

Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance, have 4+ years in a related role, and possess strong MS Office skills for reports and documentation. Some travel and after-hours availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum four years’ experience as a Special Security Representative or similar role.
• Bachelors degree.
• Experience with SCIF construction/renovation management.
• Experience handling customer service for government or private sector.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong written and oral reporting and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, and implement SCIF SOPs and EPs; prepare accreditation documentation.
• Conduct SCIF inspections and corrective action planning.
• Process Courier Orders and Aircraft Courier Authorizations.
• Coordinate SCIF accreditation/certification for classified IT.
• Administer annual SCI/Derivative Classification Refresher training.
• Maintain access control rosters and visitor control procedures.
• Verify clearances and security accesses; manage incident response.
