Job summary

Geo Owl is seeking an experienced Special Security Representative to provide day-to-day SCI security support within SCIFs. The SSR will help manage SCI programs, policies, and training readiness while coordinating with government SSOs and Army Reserve personnel.

Requirements include an active TS/SCI clearance and 3+ years in SCI security or SCIF operations. Onsite work at Fort Dix, NJ is required; ICD-705 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required and must be current.
• 3+ years supporting SCI security programs or SCIF operations.
• Familiarity with ICD-705 and SCI directives.
• Experience working with SSOs and government security personnel.
• Ability to document inspections and security incidents clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SCI security and administrative support within SCIFs.
• Assist with SCI program management, policy implementation, and training readiness.
• Coordinate with SSOs to ensure compliance with directives.
• Advise leadership on SCI security policies and requirements.
• Maintain accurate SCI security records and reports.
• Support security inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Deliver SCI security education and awareness briefings.
• Prepare for government security assessments and engage in corrective actions.
