Job summary

Northrop Grumman's Space Sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst/Project Manager at Level 3 or 4 in Dulles, VA. This 100% onsite role focuses on physical security, SCIF/SAPF design, accreditation, and governance in DoD/IC contexts.

You'll lead lifecycle management of secure facilities, review construction drawings, manage TEMPEST and related artifacts, and collaborate with site leadership on risk and compliance, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Ability to review and interpret construction drawings (blueprints).
• SCIF/SAPF design and construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security areas meet DoD/IC standards for SCI and SAP.
• Oversee SCIF/SAPF lifecycle from concept to accreditation.
• Review DIDs and CDs for physical security and TEMPEST.
• Provide oversight of alarm installation/testing per policy.
• Advise leadership on risk and compliance impacts.
