Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, MD, is seeking an Industrial Security – Manager Level 3 to lead security programs across sites. The role demands an active Top-Secret/SI clearance and SAP eligibility, and is 100% onsite with no telework.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience including people management, or Master's with 6 years including people management experience; additional 4+ years in lieu of degree considered.
• Active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance required at time of application, with ability to obtain SAP approval.
• Minimum of two years of management or leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), JAFAN, ICDs, and DoD security requirements.
