Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Dulles, VA seeks an Industrial Security Manager – Level 2 to lead a security team and manage all security activities for a high-priority program.

The role is 100% onsite and requires top-secret/SI clearance. You will interface with program leadership, develop security metrics, and ensure compliance with DoD/NISPOM requirements while guiding a robust education program for staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s with 6 years of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years in lieu of degree.
• Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum of two years of management or leadership experience.
• Familiarity with CFR 32 Part 117 (NISPOM), ICD, DoDM 5205.07 and related security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of security professionals to ensure consistent application of leadership characteristics in a high intensity environment.
• Manage complex programs, including in-depth supply chain management, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Oversee program security activities and provide guidance to briefed personnel.
• Develop and interpret program security metrics to improve efficiency.
• Interface with Program Leadership Team to meet on-time contract delivery requirements.
• Ensure security classification guidelines are met across all contracts.
• Develop and implement security education programs and continuous training.
• Manage security budget within established targets.
