Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 4 to support the Space Sector. This 100% onsite role in Dulles, VA or McLean, VA focuses on counterintelligence and insider threats, attending weekly meetings in the Quantico area.

The position includes a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off and travel to NGSP facilities as needed. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI access, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience or Master’s with 6 years or PhD with 4 years; additional 4+ years may substitute for degree.
Active U.S. Top-Secret clearance at application time with SCI access eligibility.
Experience conducting counterintelligence and insider threat investigations.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.
Ability to work independently and represent Northrop Grumman.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Protect classified information and prevent threats to proprietary data.
Conduct counterintelligence and insider threat investigations.
Develop awareness campaigns with NGSP Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Manager.
Travel to NGSP facilities as needed to perform duties.
Establish internal and external partnerships.
Review intelligence sources and perform threat analysis.
Support travel-related protection for employees and information.
