Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 2 to support PERSEC and SAP/SI processes on-site in Dulles, VA. You will work with senior executives and government customers to manage clearance activities and ensure security compliance.

The role requires a Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, strong MS Office skills, and DoD/NISPOM knowledge. On-site work is mandatory with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience OR Master’s degree with 0 years of experience. An additional 4+ years can be substituted.
• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance required, SCI/SAP approval access within scope.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ICD, DoD security requirements and the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
• Experience with industrial security programs within the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities

• Provide program security and PERSEC support for SAP/SI/nominations; manage clearance processes in DISS/JADE; maintain PERSEC databases and visitor control.
• Generate PAR packages; prepare PIAs and briefs/debriefs on behalf of government security team.
• Analyze personnel security issues and advise leadership on compliant actions.
• Oversee classified security programs per DoD and DNI directives; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with government/corporate security policies and DD254 guidance.
• Serve as focal point for personnel security paperwork and data transfer to government databases.
• Develop and present SETA activities; liaise with government agencies and external partners.
• Other duties as assigned.
